Hello beautiful sunny weather.
Hello my amazingly perfect husband.
Hello my glowing with happiness daughter.
Hello summer.
Adam has survived his super busy summer block of classes. He now only has work and therapy until his fall classes start up. Which means we get a couple extra hours with him throughout the week! Loving it! The weather has been hot, but absolutely beautiful. I love laying on a blanket and feeling the heat from the sun and seeing Bailey explore in the green grass; taking mental snapshots. Adam only has 2 semesters left of his college career! He is so amazing. The 12 hours days and emotional exertion is paying off and he is doing so well. His girls are grateful 🙂
We have been doing all we can to take advantage of the summer time we have together 🙂 In fact, in about an hour we will be heading to campus to have a lunch picnic with daddy 🙂
Last weekend we went to critterfest at the science spectrum where they had elephants, crocodiles, snakes, llamas, and tigers! The tigers were the coolest part by far. We went to a show and they had 5 tigers doing tricks and commands. Bailey was actually interested in it haha.
I have so many fond memories of summer growing up. Full of bike rides, scooters, skateboards, baseball, camping, Sunday walks, pools, library books, tanned lines, sunblock, beaches, and lots of family time.
Now I have the opportunity to create my own family summer memories. Best. Thing. Ever.
These are our Bits O’ Bertoch.
