Fun Times in Utah

This past week has been pretty fun 🙂 Danny, my mom, and I went to Black Island Farms and went through the straw maze and fed some animals and just hung out. It was a beautiful day so getting out of the house was a must!

Then on Saturday Adam and I had an awesome date day! First we went to Jensen Park and fed the duckies. Haha even some sea gulls came and it was hilarious watching them fly and hover over Adam and then catch the piece of bread. It was awesome. After a nice walk around the park we went to Salt Lake and went to the local farmers market to see what was there. We had some yummy cookies….but a bee also seemed to love them because they kept following Adam around haha. Then we went to the mall and hung out and watched “Gravity”. Pretty intense.

Then we picked some pumpkins and carved them into cute faces! Haha okay well maybe only the baby pumpkin was cute haha but it was fun making mine and Adams too! Adam’s had the silly side smile and mine was the spiky teeth with scary eyelashes haha. Our baby we carved to match the style of Adam’s eyes and my spiky teeth with its one little spike tooth. Haha. It was def a much needed date day for Adam and I to spend together 🙂 I sure do love him.

13.5 Week Ultrasound :)

So yesterday we had our 13.5 week ultrasound! It was quite the experience to see the little baby moving inside of me and hearing the strong cute little heartbeat. Unfortunately it was too early to tell the sex of the baby, BUT I have another appointment in a month! So hopefully in a few weeks we should know…..at least if our little baby cooperates 😉 haha but I’m sure it will…it surely hasnt been shy thus far! lol. I am super happy with our experience so far with Circle of Life Women’s Center in Ogden. They have been so wonderful thus far.

I am still feeling bleh a little. Eating has become a chore because it seems EVERYTHING gives me a tummy ache!! But I gotta eat for my little baby, so sometimes this mama is not feeling too hot. But I am still supppppper ecstatic to be having a little baby in a matter of 6 months!!! I cant believe it!!!!!

Also, vote and see what you think the baby will be! You have a month to guess!!!

Sister Celine Legge: Sister Missionary

So Celine has officially left for her mission! We dropped her off at the MTC yesterday and now she is on her way! I am so excited for her. She has been preparing for a while and I know sitting at home waiting was driving her insane…she just wanted to be out there! As much as I miss her, I feel very at peace. I am not worried about her at all. She is a big girl and she has the Lord on her side. This is probably the safest 18 months of her life to be honest haha. I am proud to have a sister who is serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints to the people in Japan 🙂

She will have a little munchkin to love when she comes back too!!!

Family Pics & Celine’s Farewell

So this past week or so we had our family pictures taken before Celine leaves for her mission. My mom had a lady in our ward take them for us and they turned out awesome!

Celine also had her farewell at church this past Sunday and she did amazing. I know she was super nervous about it, but she did a really good job and I know she will be a good missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints in Japan. We then had a get together at our house for those who wanted to say goodbye and wish her luck. We even got to meet the missionary who baptized my grandmother. We are the result of that missionary knocking on her door in Italy. 🙂 It will now be 4 generations with our little one on the way. Amazing.

Later on that night we had a fire, which Adam and Danny made, and we sat there with the crackling of the fire and with Mema and Pepa and just spent time with one another 🙂

She leaves October 9th, and I know she will do great.

P.S. Adam and I went shooting at the indoor rifle range down the road (after getting clearance from my doctor) and I used all the protection I could just in case hahah
